We know that not everyone wants to be on stage or running workshops AND here at UGWA that is OK with us - because without people like you our vision won't work.
SO if you know your skills lie elsewhere - like you might be a perfect guest liaison, or be brilliant at lighting, photography, hair and makeup (ok we have never had that before but we can dream right),
room allocations, keeping track of dietary requirements or be a psychologist, nurse or dr that wants to have a different experience then this could be for you.

SOME QUESTIONS ANSWERED
Why do you have a registration process and why do I have to pay?
Organaising a team is a lot of work - hundreds of hours in fact - so we want to know we have exactly the right fit of people and experience. Questions that we will ask ourselves is - can this person market the retreat, what is their overall experience, what is their social media presence or client base. How long you have been in business does not necessarily matter to us.
A fee is payable to do this work - and to also organise all processes once you are selected.
Why do I need to register if I have been part of a previous retreat or team?
As you can imagine we have worked with many facilitators over the years and it is time to streamline the process - and we don't want anyone to miss out.
If I don't get selected do I get a refund
Yes is the easy answer - we will deduct $79 AUD for processing and time fees.
How long does this application last for?
Two year.
Can I run a Long, Long Weekend with someone else?
Sure can - both of you need to register so we know your skill set.
On Retreat do I get a single room?
If you would like a single room at a UGWA event we can organise this as an extra cost payable by you pre event.
At a Long, Long Weekend unless you are working with someone or want to share you get your own room.
How long will this process last before I know what I am doing in 2023?
The doors will shut around mid November - sooner if we need to - we hope to have everything in place by January.
What happens after registration?
Once your form is done - you will get a welcome email - then please be patient with us while we explore everyone's fabulous submission.
